Event Description

Join TRC media for the second in this series of workshops looking at some of the legal pitfalls of digital content production.

Web 2.0 is at the heart of one of the most dynamic and rapidly changing digital markets. The ease with which users can easily upload their own online content and comments creates exciting opportunities for users but also presents many challenges to the ‘hosts’, especially relating to law and regulation.

Pinsent Mason's digtal law experts will discuss examples of challenging situations and how these are best handled.
