I am now seriously going to recommend you streaming* an hour's worth of audio content to your computer/other device. Sandwich at your desk sometime this week?  Here's your entertainment - this is a fascinating story and one which gives a real insight into how digital innovation is working (or not as the case may be) in the USA market.  

 

Check out This American Life's story "When Patents Attack" and prepare to have your mind boggled.
