New meet?

The number of comments and related dates suggest this used to be quite a popular event, but not much appears to have occurred since May .. is there any will to get this going again soon?

Could I suggest Thursday 27th August around 12:30pm in Stereo? I've never been there myself, so I'll pop along in the next few days and see what the setup is like. I've also never attended one of these coffee mornings before (and I'm choosing to ignore that it starts in the afternoon!) .. so if anyone with even a little experience could share some thoughts on what happens, that would be great.; ▶ Reply to This

Permalink Reply by Darcie on August 25, 2009 at 2:23pm: I think if people agree to go on Thursdays, and make a serious effort to go, then it will build up to where there are at least a few of us there every week and loads others - then once the Glasgow Twestival happens, you'll need a larger location =oD That's what happened with the Edi coffee Morning. Now going 30+ strong for a while!

I'll be there this week as well. Looking forward to it!
