Its a story that gathering more momentum by the week : "A backlog in Apple's payment processing system has left some iPhone developers still waiting for February's payments, leaving some at risk of bankruptcy and considering legal action against the lads in Cupertino.

Desperate developers have been told to stop e-mailing the iTunes finance system and to wait patiently for their money - in some cases tens of thousands of dollars - while Apple sorts things out.

Hi Stuart, Dynamo games, Digital Gold Fish and TAG games now all have apps in the top ten, not bad form from the Dundee games companies- hope they start paying soon, we need the money to host another Pro Evo fitba tournament, I've won it both cups down to modest brilliance.

Cheers,

Jamie

Hi Bryan

I didn't know they were all Top 10 - mind you I'm trying to get over the 23rd level of DG's Bloons involving a monkey chucking darts at a chocolate rooftop. Driving me nuts. Hope they get paid too, the big guy at DG looks massive. I'll hide behind him if we have to go after Apple. What's top selling TAG game just now? Stuart

Hi Stuart, the best seller so far was CJS, its only been up for a week and thats without any major ad features- The challenge now for us and the rest of the games companies is stepping up to become a publisher, we are all inexperienced in sales and marketing strategy, and need to compete on a world stage against industry giants. The Dundee companies are getting together soon to discuss how we can move things forward. Dundee has always had a great reputation for developing games, but have fell short when it comes to exploting IP.
Any help or advice from you guys would be most welcome.

Cheers,

Jamie
