Hip-hop, '70s funk sound-tracks and 'kitsch' blaxploitation. Its a retro-shift away from GTA, Car-Jack etc. It would generate heat in the 'tabloid moralising' market but the term and its uaage has now tipped into mainistream.
The Edinburgh publisher Canongate already has a paperback best-seller of Iceberg Slim's Pimp.

One project, DotEoaNV (Detectives on the Edge of a Nervous Breakdown) was a text game.
