Collaborative Challenge Idea

Hi Everyone,

Some of you will have read the discussion on the graduate employment group that discussed possible collaborative projects on the site. I’ve been talking with 38 minutes and between us we've come up with an idea...

How many of you would be interested in taking part in a series of collaborative creative challenges? Challenges would take the form of creative tasks posted here in the group. All entries would be a collaborative effort between two 38 minutes members and the best entries would be promoted across the site and newsletter etc. Challenges would cover a range of disciplines.

This would allow entrants to:

- bolster their portfolio.

- promote their work on 38 minutes.

- build relationships with other creatives on the site.

- get their work noticed by industry professionals.

I'm doing my masters in sound for the moving image at the moment but its always great to do outside work from uni.

I would be up for this too count me in. Im a 3d artist graduated just over a year ago and recently returned from Brighton where I was doing an internship with Plug-in Media, which was nice.
Im always up for doing projects and expanding on me skills.

Think this is an awesome idea! Would be absolutely up for getting involved!

IdeasTap run a similar thing with their 'Editor's Briefs', but the collaborative element of this one is really interesting and useful.
