D8 Digital want a great Digital Project Manager

This is the chance to lead and evolve the project management function in this new digital agency spun out from the successful design business D8. We work across Design and Build, Ecommerce, CMS and recently Social Media and Mobile Aps Development with various companies from ScottishPower, BBC and DC Thompson to regional brands.

We are looking for someone with genuine digital project management experience who can suggest and implement systems and processes that are sympathetic to the strong culture here. We want to drive greater quality, efficiency and profitability and need someone to generally make the lives of everyone easier, from client onwards. Beyond this, your remit will be to create and set up a formalised and robust creative agency process to ensure that there is a detailed briefing procedure, SOW, functional spec and schedules for all to work projects - in addition you will be client facing, working collaboratively to manage change requests and to satisfy and exceed their expectation of both delivery and value for money - through robust documentation and detailed WIPS and subsequent client update meetings.

In other words, possible low level/high functioning aspergers wouldn't necessarily be a bad personality trait to have.

Because of the importance of the role we need a self starter who is autonomous, responsible, budget aware and passionate about digital in its various executions.
