I'm putting together a feature for Web Designer Magazine titled 'Hot 100 for 2011' and would
be grateful for the input and opinion of some of the professional Web designers and creatives on 38minutes.
The primary aim of the feature, which is traditionally very popular among readers of the mag, is to announce, raise attention, and in many ways predict what will be big or important within web design and the interactive space for the coming year. What I'm after therefore is some views on what people think will be big and important in 2011.
What technology, design trend or people do you think will cause an impact next year or what are you looking forward to most? Are there any ‘hot’ sites around now that should still be popular in 2011? Perhaps you could highlight/identify your own projects, or just something that's caught your attention, and tell me why they're going to make an impact.
The entries in the top 100 will take the form of tips and recommendations ranging from 10 to 100 words each and will cover three areas: 'forthcoming technology', 'hot web sites' and 'trends and talent to watch'.
Further info is available, so if you are interested, get in touch either on 38minutes, or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
All tips used will of course be fully attributed with name, title and contact URL and I'd need the tips by Thursday 2 December.
