WANTED: Multimedia Developer: Flash Banner

Hi - I am looking to hire a full time web developer. Mixed skill base - in order of priority Flash (online ads), Web sites, Emails.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work on Flash banners, landing pages and emails in Adobe CS3/4
• Work with production team, project/team leaders to meet client timescales and needs
• Support and work collaboratively with team

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Experience of developing Flash advertising banners (all variations)
• Experience of designing landing pages & registration forms
• Experience of developing emails
• Demonstrate skills of developing work within client brand guidelinies
• Adobe CS3/Flash/Photoshop/Fireworks experience essential
• Developing cross browser and cross platform compatible solutions
• Good understanding of Web Accessibility and be able to demonstrate work that conforms to accessibility guidelines
• Beneficial knowledge of HTML/CSS/XHTML
• Experience in testing and click-thru tagging
• Knowledge of roles in full project life-cycle in digital campaign production ( i.e. digital design, information analysis, business analysis, development and QA processes)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisation skills, including the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and across multiple large-scale projects
• Used to working in a fast paced environment using RAD/Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of Action Script 3.0 is desirable but not essential
