Arika have recently bade farewell to their long-term sysadmin, and are on the prowl for a new one.
We've tried all our direct contacts, but to no avail - can anyone recommend a decent geek/company to act as ad-hoc IT support for a small arts company?
Completely Mac based, small in size, our IT emergencies/help requests amount to around 20 hours a year - minimal, but extremely vital. Ideally, we'd like to deal with one person, pay them on an hourly basis, and source them through an actual recommendation.
