I have been tipped as an up & coming writer/director. I am looking for somebody to take a chance with me, for the last 4 years i have worked unpaid to build up a portfolio of short films. I am a good writer, excellent director plus i am an apple certified FCP editor. I run a social enterprise as well as working as a freelance filmmaker. my work is on my new TV channel. Any help or advice on how i can get help in making a film on a social issue would be gratefully appreciated.

Hiya all, I am preparing for my first solo exhibition which will be up and running throughout August at The Queen's Hall as part of their fabulous festival programme!

I am looking for people/organisations that I can work with for some sponsorship in kind - most of us are a little short on the cash side these days so hows about a swap?!

A bit of printing or framing or food or drink for a bit of advertising for you and your company! Drop me a message if you would like to help. You can check out some of my work at www.carlene-edwards.co.uk
