As someone that’s waiting for my current mobile contract to run out (2 months, 6 days, 4 hours and 26 mins to go) before I switch, it’s the iPhone - using it to sync my daily mac stuff. However, as a music fanatic I’m looking forward to dabbling with synth, sequencer and drum machine apps, to see how far I can push it. Who knows I might scrap the band once I get my iPhone – I don’t think the live performances will have the same visual impact though.

So, as I don’t have one, the iPhone is more important. Once I’ve got one, it will probably shift more to the apps.

Apps are where it's at for me as well - which to be honest is WHY I use a Mac and an iPhone. (I have a work supplied DELL running Vista which currently works to sync my Outlook calendar with Google Calendar and...not much else.)

Apps for me - i am willing to scoot around any sytem/platfom/brand if the application does what I need. Mind you I have a cherry red Sony Vaio laptop so what do I know.
