4Radio plans withdrawn

Does today's shocking news that Channel 4 have now withdrawn their radio plans, affect 4IP? I perhaps misunderstood; it the public service funding coming through 4IP not dependent on Channel 4 being multi-platform?

This site is a fantastic resource for all the geek chat I need :) I'm finding so much textual that is incredibly useful - not just the networking opportunities. Just a suggestion, but if some of the text content could be produced into a pdf file that was pushed down an RSS feed, it would mean this content could be read when offline, or even printed off.
