Never an easy question to answer as there are numerous options. Best bet is for you and I to get together and chat things through to see if I can find the best fit for both your concept and your company. As a heads up things I need to get my head round in addition to the technical requirements are things like: in house skills, size of company, years trading etc. as these all affect what support is available. As far as the Scottish Centre for Enabling Technologies goes we tend to support innovation for the company i.e. new to you, that has a clear route to market i.e. you are not likely to stick it in a cupboard and forget about it. Everything we do is free so it costs you nothing more than your time to meet me to discuss your idea further.
