Things in The Lighthouse are well, some exciting plans for refurbishment and as always the commercial team are busy busy trying to bring in the cash. Jillian has moved on now so we have a new Head of Audience and Business Development and interviews for a new Director of Operations are taking place next week so it's all change on the staff front.
