Hi, I'm really a student of design still...but found myself involved in a web site redesign project at the library I work at.We conducted a survey of the current site design, and find myself with a lot of data, the most useful being the comments. I've done user testing as well.Does anyone know of some good books or articles on using survey data to inform strategy or design directions? How to present results at a meeting?
