Welcome to 38minutes – I hope you find the site useful. Please do look around and get to know the network. A few things you might wish to check out:

Groups: There are 168 groups on here, ranging from specific companies to social events. The most popular are Wanted (see below), Channel 4, Edinburgh Coffee Morning and iPhone apps. There are many fellow producers on here too that you might want to look up. Join as many as you like or feel free to create your own.

Wanted: Also to be found under the ‘Jobs’ tab on the navigation bar, Wanted brings together hundreds of vacancies and opportunities from across modern media. If you join the group you’ll get regular emails highlighting the latest jobs – and of course you can add your own too.

Directory: A comprehensive list of companies on 38minutes, organised by specialism. Leave a comment on the wall if you would like to be listed.

There are also regularly updated events and plenty of lively blogs. Please feel free to write as often as you like – we’re always pleased to get new voices on here.
