Just a quick update on today’s Internet deaths.

1. www.flip.com – a website where you can make and save flip books from pictures you took with your finger over the lens on your camerafone which normally you’d send to ‘friends’ on myspace, etc. Didn’t quite make the ‘buy me’ status that www.slide.com did.

2. www.pownce.com – an aggressive Twitter-esque competitor. Pownce is was a way to keep in touch with and share stuff with your friends. Send people files, links, events, and messages and then have real conversations with the recipients.
