This has been a highly debated topic in our office, check out the Russian social networking site, which is perhaps taking it a bit too far as their site is almost identical to facebook, but should they be allowed to do this?
I know people are saying that these sites are clones and therefore shouldn't be allowed, but then surely we would then need to know who owns the idea of Social Networking?
