One of the high hopes for new artists network Central Station was that it would connect and promote great contemporary art and help users discover great stuff on the web. I was really impressed with the Dummy Jim project which I didn't know about and think is smart, original and inspiring. Hope the fund rasier went well.

The stand out collection so far, among many surprising and high quality pieces, is Gillian Wearing's remarkable self-portraits, which delayer the creative process showing how she plans, studies and then inhabits the past-skins of her own relatives, truly outsanding contemporary art.

It's an online exclusive and a early triumph for the Central Station team.
