This session will explore some of key legal aspects of collaborative issues including:


Different models for collaboration
The human factor - picking the right partner
Legal issues common to all collaboration models
Specific legal issues for different collaboration models, e.g. wiki terms and conditions
Examples of collaboration in action - e.g. iPhone apps, Facebook apps
Participative case study bringing out the issues discussed
