How would you design a competition....

So here is the challenge...

 

In 6 months time we want a new technology to be not just available but in use.

Its a technology that is transforming the business, industrial , academic and education landscape of Scotland.

 

Its a technology that enables communication from you to them, from them to you, from lots of you to lots of them.....in all forms, txt, tweet, video, audio, images...

 

Its a technology that helps people to listen to the messges, filter , reflect , think & act upon them.

 

 

Its a technology that has been developed by you ( & people like you)

 

Its a technology that is evolving and growing....all the time.

 

And here is the question....

 

If we asked you to design a competition, that used the best of crowd, wiki, open, x-prize,hacks,  et al, to not only suggest but also to deliver this tech....how would you do it?
