Mo and Red Riding pick up 5 Bafta Craft Awards


Channel 4 has picked up eight Bafta Craft Awards.

It was a particularly good night for regional talent - Mo Mowlam biopic Mo picked up three awards - Director (fiction), Editing (fiction) and Make-up & Hair Design.

The Yorkshire-based noir drama Red Riding won two - Costume Design and Photography & Lighting (fiction).

The team at Maverick in Birmingham picked up the award for Interactive Creative Contribution for its body/health portfolio Embarrassing Bodies and Embarrassing Bodies Live.

Congratulations to ITV Studios, Revolution Films and Maverick - well deserved recognition for truly outstanding productions. Congratulations also to our co-funders Northern Ireland Screen and Screen Yorkshire.
