Well, its been a busy couple of weeks for mypolice. I’ve been down in London working with Think Public who are focused on using design to improve service experiences in the public sector. It was great for mypolice to see how they work and get involved in their co-design sessions which bring both service providers and the general public together to gain an understanding of how their services can be improved. This is something we would like to begin doing with the police and local communities to find out directly from the users how mypolice could work for them...
