This is an exciting newly created position in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience looking to join a highly enthusiastic team and to bring their marketing/ coordinating skills into an in house environment. Reporting to the Marketing Director
Create marketing campaigns and coordinating online and offline campaigns using in house designers and developers. Conducting and coordinating marketing research, advertising, promotion, web contents/social media strategy, budgets and other components of the integrated marketing mix. Build and draft creative briefs for each marketing project, which will include budget guidelines, timelines, approval processes and production. You will also be required to:
Run analytical processes to both gauge efficiency and effectiveness on all online marketing initiatives, using large and sometimes ambiguous data sets, provide internal teams with meaningful insights to drive positive business results. Identify and implement processes for improvements. Develop analytics reporting templates (scorecards and dashboards) for use and site/campaign performance reports, and enforce their use. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of data, and how it is (and can be) used to support and expand business. Used statically analysis to determine the success of campaigns and provide reporting on each.
